Encrypted Data Storage

All personal data stored on 7across servers is encrypted at rest using AES-256. This means your name, contact details and payment identifiers cannot be read even if infrastructure is ever physically accessed by an unauthorised party.

Cookie Policy

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and analytics cookies to understand which pages you visit. You can manage your cookie preferences from the privacy banner shown on your first visit or at any time from account settings.

Payment Data Handling

When you pay via UPI, Paytm or PhonePe, transaction data is passed directly to the payment processor over an encrypted connection. We store only a transaction reference and status — we never hold your full UPI ID or Paytm wallet credentials on our servers.

Account Security Measures

Two-factor authentication is available on every 7across account. Login events are logged by device and location. If we detect an unusual sign-in pattern, we pause access and send a verification prompt to your registered mobile number or email.

Data Retention Schedule

Active account data is retained for as long as your account remains open. After account closure, we retain transaction records for the period required under applicable Indian financial regulations, then delete or anonymise remaining personal data.

How to Request Changes

To access, correct or delete your data, send a request from your registered email to our privacy inbox or use the in-account privacy settings panel. We verify identity before acting and confirm completion of every request in writing.

We collect your full name, email address, mobile number, date of birth and the identity documents needed for verification. Payment-specific data such as your UPI or Paytm transaction references are recorded separately and held only as transaction logs.

We share data only with payment processors like UPI, Paytm and PhonePe to complete transactions, and with identity verification services as required by law. We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or data brokers under any circumstance.

Send a data access request from your registered email address to our privacy inbox. We will verify your identity and return a copy of your account data within 30 days. You can also initiate the request through the privacy settings panel inside your account.

Yes. Submit a deletion request via email or the in-account privacy settings panel. We will delete or anonymise your personal data once any legally required retention period for transaction records has passed, and confirm the action in writing.
